In 2010 Rhiannon embarked on a Foundation Degree in Musical Theatre at Arts Educational School London, Rhiannon went on to graduate in Musical Theatre from Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. During this time Rhiannon also took her ATCL exam in Teaching Musical Theatre and was awarded a Distinction. Rhiannon has over 9 years experience in teaching musical theatre to young children including being an Early Stages teacher at Stagecoach Theatre Arts. As well as being Presto's Principal, Rhiannon is a regular cover teacher at Presto, and is one of our qualified LAMDA coaches.

 

In 2017, Presto won an award for 'Best Business for Marketing & Social Media' In 2016, Rhiannon was 'Highly Commended' for 'Best New Business' and 'Commended' as 'Entrepeneur of the Year' at the Sutton Business Awards. Rhiannon is a qualified first aider, a registered chaperone with the London Borough of Sutton and a qualified Early Years Educator.

Rhiannon Ray

Claire Garland

Having trained as a dancer herself from a young age, Claire was keen to enrol her own child at Presto back in 2012 to follow in her footsteps. Claire then joined our team in April 2014 as our Primary Teaching Assistant.

 

Claire has worked in a local school for many years and recently completed her Teaching Degree. Whilst Claire is now pursuing a career as a Primary school teacher, she will be assisting at Presto trips and live performances as a chaperone.

Katie Monks

Katie trained in Musical Theatre at Reynolds school of Performing Arts. Since graduating, Katie has performed in many shows including: Happy Days a new musical, Fame, Snow White, We will Rock You, The Bodyguard, Peter Pan, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and most recently Jesus Christ Superstar!  Katie has taught at many dance schools in Kent and she is a musical theatre workshop leader. She is also currently the musical theatre teacher for the London Dance Company.

 

Katie is our Friday and Saturday Main School dance teacher.

Miss Becky

Miss Becky began dancing at a young age and decided to pursue a career in the Performing Arts. In 2010 she embarked on a full time Performing Arts course at PPA in Guildford, where she recieved her Diploma in Professional Performance and her ATCL Trinity Theatre Arts Teaching qualification. During this time, Miss Becky also gained her RAD Ballet  intermediate/advanced 1 and her Trinity Speech and Drama awards. Miss Becky then successfully gained at place at The Urdang Academy, London and graduated in 2015 with a Professional Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre. Miss Becky is also a qualified Pilates trainer/instructor, as well as a DDMIX instructor.

 

We are so pleased to announce that Miss Becky has recently completed her Masters in Ballet! Miss Becky is looking forward to collecting her certificate at a special awards ceremony with Darcey Bussell!

 

Miss Becky is our Ballet & Tap teacher.

Hannah is a Singer/Musician with a great love for performance and songwriting. Hannah is a skilled musician and she plays the piano, flute and drums/percussion to a high standard. Hannah has an extensive background in Music, both performing and teaching. After graduating from the Academy of Contemporary Music, Guildford in 2012 with Bmus (Hons) specialising in vocals, Hannah has gone on to perform as an Actress/Singer/Musician. With over ten years of experience working with a range of children, including directing a choir and delivering musical workshops, Hannah enjoys encouraging children to use singing and theatre to ignite their imaginations.  

 

Hannah is our Friday and Saturday Main School singing teacher, and she also teaches 1:1 Singing lessons and 1:1 piano lessons.

Robyn Brown

Robyn started dance classes at a young age in her hometown in Scotland and fell in love with musical theatre so she decided to make the life-changing decision to leave home at the age of 17 and pursue a career in musical theatre. Robyn has just completed her degree in Drama, gaining a First Honors Degree. In 2015 she graduated from the Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford with a three year Diploma in Musical Theatre along with an LTCL Trinity Diploma. She also gained an ATCL teaching Diploma in Speech and Drama with distinction.  Credits include‘Into the Woods’, ‘Bring It On’, and ‘Carousel”, and Robyn has been a vocalist as part of the Experience Guildford Awards. Robyn has also had the pleasure of playing the lead role of Jack in a touring pantomime of ‘Jack & the Beanstalk”.

 

Robyn is our Saturday Primary Teacher, Saturday Main School Drama teacher and a Presto Party Facilitator.

Dannika Dudfield

Dannika is currently in her 2nd year of training at Performance Preparation Academy (PPA) in Guildford on the BA(Hons) in Performance in Musical Theatre course.  She attended Stagecoach (Mitcham) for 12 years and took LAMDA exams for half of this time. She received a Distinction in her Grade 8 Acting exam and holds up to Grade 6 in Musical Theatre, which she also passed with Distinction - she now thoroughly enjoys teaching LAMDA from Introductory to Grade 8 level to children between the ages of 5 and 18.

 

Dannika is one of our LAMDA coaches.

Ellie Griffiths

Eleanor is a recent graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland where she studied for three years on their BA Musical Theatre course, as an actor-musician. Since graduating Eleanor has enjoyed theatrical acclaim appearing as the villainous Queen Rat in the hugely successful pantomime “Dick McWhittington” at Perth Concert Hall, starring as Helen in the tour of the musical “Hoax: Our Right To Hope”. Eleanor has had a lot of experience teaching across all three disciplines of Musical Theatre, coaching in Dance, Drama and Voice for all ages. She specialises in teaching between KS1 and KS2 however, and sees it is an honour to be able to watch children’s imaginations grow and to support them through their learning in creativity and self expression.

 

Ellie is our Highview KS1 & KS2 teacer, as well as our Friday Main School Dama teacher.
